We made it to Downey, Idaho...and was it chilly! We made it in time for dinner and it was wonderful...we got some outfits for the girls and were so excited to see that they fit or that they would eventually fit...
We stayed up and caught up about what was going on...our sweet little nieces were so kind and offered us their rooms...
On veterans day we went to Maggie's school and watched an assembly that they put on for all the veterans in town....
Maggie's class did great...and they were so well behaved...we were very impressed....
We hoped we didn't embarrass her because we took so many pictures.... After the assembly Mike and our niece Ruby made a break for it...they headed for the swings...Ruby beat Mike if anyone is wondering....
Jonah got in on the fun too...
Later in the week we were able to help the girls get to bed...uncle Mike took over in the book reading department...going above and beyond naturally, he read "Nurse Nancy" in the dark with a flash light...it was a nice touch...
The girls are still talking about the flashlight storytime and I can barely keep up on washing their outfits in between them wearing them every other day! We miss you guys!
